As the Junior League of Gainesville's largest fundraising event, the Tour of Kitchens features a peek into some of the most beautiful and interesting homes, kitchens, and gardens of our area. The Tour includes demonstrations from local chefs and mixologists, gourmet food samplings from Alachua County's best restaurants and caterers, as well as wine, specialty coffee, and locally brewed beer tastings.
Ticket sales and sponsorships benefit the League's community projects, including Miracle on Main Street, Kids in the Kitchen, Read With Me, and Pace Center for Girls.
Looking for a new recipe that's sure to please? Check out Gracious Gator Cooks, the JLG's third cookbook, featuring over 250 recipes that take you from a tailgate party to an elegant dinner with ease.
First opened in 1935, the thrift shop continues to be a primary source of funding for the Junior League of Gainesville. A great place to find gently used clothing, accessories and housewares.
For over 20 years, the Junior League of Gainesville has put on a "toy sale" for families in our community who might not otherwise have gifts for their children over the holidays. We ask the community to donate new toys or sponsor gifts.
