Requirements. After completing the Provisional year, volunteers move on to an "Active" status and participate in one of the League's various committees. Actives also attend a minimum of four General Membership meetings. First year actives work four rotations in the JLG Thrift shop and all other active members work three rotations. All members are expected to support any project, fundraising or other effort approved by a majority vote of the League membership. Administrative requirements for membership are:
- Payment of yearly arrangements fee due September 1
- Payment of yearly membership dues due March 1
- Meeting of Thrift Shop quota due April 30
- Performance of three Thrift Shop rotations (members may choose to pay another member to work a shift in her name)
